Shipping
- The buyer assumes title and control of the goods the moment the carrier USPS accepts the package.
- The Buyer is responsible for filing claims for damage or loss to USPS, NOT TnC Products.
Returns
- The buyer must receive an RMA from TnC Products before returning goods.
- The buyer is responsible for any shipping fees back to TnC Products.
- There will be a 30% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. **
Order Processing
- Orders will be processed in the order in which they are recceived.
- Processing times is usually 1-3 business days. Custom Orders May take longer.
Shipping options:
- Express Mail and EMS - Fastest way to ship and Trackable.
- Priority Mail - Delivery Confirmation and Trackable in the US. Global Priority does not have Tracking!
- First Class - Takes the longest and is not trackable!
- International Air Letter - Takes the longest and is also not trackable!
All orders are dropped off at the USPS counter. After this it is out of our hands and becomes property of the US government, USPS. The package becomes the responsibility of the buyer. We do not control mail delivery.
**Any exception to our policy on returns, exchanges, refunds, or lost parcels will be dealt with solely at the discretion of TnC Products on a case by case basis.
